CORNWALL CENTRAL TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION

The Cornwall Central Teachers' Association was organized to promote the interests of public education and advance the standards of the teaching profession.  It is also the role of the CCTA to represent teacher interests in negotiations with the Cornwall School District's Administrators and Board of Education.  Concurrently, the CCTA seeks to encourage teacher participation in the resolution of school related problems as well as provide professional personnel with a channel for grievance procedures.

Along with securing the conditions necessary for the greatest efficiency and effectiveness for teaching, the Cornwall Central Teachers' Association's responsibilities also include urging its members to attain a genuine spirit of professional ethics and discouraging discrimination in all its forms and manifestations.
